Thank you for shopping with Greis Jewelers. While we hope that you love your purchase, we’re also here to help if you need to make a return or refund. Here’s our policy:
Most products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product; additional details:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product isn’t used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Watches must be unworn
All custom design orders are final
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Jewelry must be in good unworn condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. Please note all returns are subject to inspection prior to refund being issued.
Refunds for cash purchases are issued by check to the original purchaser. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card. All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.
Certified Diamonds Return Policy
Certified Diamonds are 100% refundable up to 14 days after the original purchase as long as they are returned in the original, undamaged mint condition, and returned with the accompanying original laboratory report.
Certified Diamond Exchange Policy
Certified Diamonds are eligible for our exchange policy, which allows for an exchange of any certified diamond purchased from Greis Jewelers at the full original purchase price towards any certified diamond of greater value purchased at Greis Jewelers, as long as the original diamond is exchanged in the original pristine, unaltered, undamaged mint condition and is accompanied by the original laboratory report.
Custom Made Jewelry Return Policy
Custom made jewelry has been manufactured exclusively for you and is non-refundable.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Greis Jewelers.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
